Grant of License
Blendpixel Studio grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the purchased 3D asset(s) for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Permitted Uses
- Personal & Commercial Projects: Use the asset(s) in any number of personal or commercial projects, including but not limited to games, visualizations, simulations, animations, and interactive media.
- Modification: You are free to modify, combine, and build upon the asset(s) to suit Your project's needs.
- Game Engines & Software: Import the asset(s) into any game engine, 3D software, or digital content creation tool.
- Resale as Part of a Project: The asset(s) may be included as part of a larger project that is distributed or sold (e.g., a video game, architectural walkthrough, or VR experience).
Prohibited Uses
- Redistribution: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer the asset(s) in their original, standalone form to any third party.
- Marketplace Re-uploading: You may not upload, distribute, or sell the asset(s) — whether modified or unmodified — on any third-party marketplace, asset store, or platform.
- Derivatives for Resale: Creating derivative products based primarily on the asset(s) for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited (e.g., creating a new 3D model pack from the original asset and selling it as a new product).
- Blockchain & AI: Use in connection with Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), blockchain projects, or inclusion in generative AI programs.
- Metaverse & ML: Use in any Metaverse-related projects, Generative AI, or datasets for machine learning.
Seat Allocation & Team Scalability
Blendpixel Studio offers two licensing options for the use of our 3D assets: Single License and Multi-Entity License.
Single License
For solo developers and freelancers
- One licensed user
- Personal & commercial use
- Unlimited projects

- No team sharing
Multi-Entity License
For studios and organizations
- Up to 5 licensed users
- Personal & commercial use
- Unlimited projects
- All engine formats
- Volume discounts available
Volume Licensing
For larger teams or enterprise-wide usage, volume licensing options are available. Please contact support@blendpixelstudio.com for custom pricing and seat allocation.
Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the asset(s) in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Specifically, you may not:
Redistribution
Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or transfer the asset(s) in standalone form to any third party.
Marketplace Re-uploading
Upload, distribute, or sell the asset(s) — modified or unmodified — on any third-party marketplace.
Derivative Resale
Create derivative products based primarily on the asset(s) for the purpose of resale.
Blockchain & AI
Use in connection with NFTs, blockchain projects, or inclusion in generative AI programs.
Metaverse & ML
Use in any Metaverse-related projects, Generative AI, or datasets for machine learning.
Illegal Use
Use the asset(s) in any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful manner.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Blendpixel Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the asset(s), including all intellectual property rights. This licence does not grant You any ownership rights in the asset(s). You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices included with the asset(s).
Attribution
Attribution is not required but is appreciated. If You choose to credit Blendpixel Studio, you may use: 3D assets by Blendpixel Studio
Warranty, Liability & Refund Policy
30-Day Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
14-Day Exchange
Alternatively, within 14 days of purchase, you may request an exchange for a different asset of equal or lesser value.

Disclaimer
The asset(s) are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Blendpixel Studio does not warrant that the asset(s) will meet your requirements or that their use will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Blendpixel Studio reserves the right to terminate this licence at any time if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must immediately cease all use of the asset(s) and destroy all copies in your possession. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
